Pollution caused by chemicals from car exhaust fumes and smoke from factories is a very serious problem because it leads to the loss of the ozone layer. Car exhaust fumes contain carbon monoxide (CO) and lead (Pb) which are highly poisonous. All of us know that without the ozone layer, not only human beings but also all plants and animals life are exposed (ñaët vaøo) to dangerous rays (tia) from the sun. Even refrigeration and air-conditioning system which make our lives more convenient can also have dangerous emissions. They emit poisonous gases into the air that we breathe. 1. Car exhaust fumes contain carbon monoxide and lead. 2. Pollution caused by chemichals from only car exhaused fumes. 3. Without the ozone layer, everything is all right. 4.
